This Gallery is part of a series which records “Details of Buildings in Royal Leamington Spa”. It includes porticos which are in the Classical style based on examples in Greece and Rome. They are often referred to as Palladian styles to recognise the patterns recorded in great detail by Andrea Palladio, an architect in the Venetian Republic in Italy in the sixteenth century.

Where possible links are included to further illustrations or texts about the building.

See our gallery of Porches to see examples of entrances which are not Classical.
